Thank you. You have indicated that you are able to offer a stall, activity or other entertainment to the Festival programme.

We have outlined below how the Festival is organised at the moment.

We hope this is of help, as you may not hear from anyone for some time.

Each participating site in the Leeds Waterfront Festival organises its own events and activities. Who they engage each year depends on budget, space, theme and local contributors’ wishes. The information you supply below will be forwarded to the site organisers who will in turn approach you if they are interested in what you are offering and want to discuss matters further with you. Different sites organise their activities at different times. It may therefore be some time before you hear from anyone.

Please note that, at the moment, none of the Festival sites have provision for stalls, tables, gazebos etc. to be hired. You will therefore need to provide these yourselves if necessary.

Power and/or Wifi may be available at some sites but again, generally, you will need to be self-sufficient.

If you have not been secured for the Festival by any specific site, we may attempt to engage individual sponsors to enable you to participate in the Festival.

Usually, by the time our full programme is published on the website there is little opportunity for further inclusion in the Festival.
